  • Boas Apartments is a residential and light commercial rental company based out of Elkhorn, WI.

  • All of our units come standard with a refrigerator and either a gas or electric stove. Units range from 500SqFt-1000SqFt

  • At this time we DO NOT accept any pets

Rental Applications

You may submit an application using our online form by clicking on the "Application" button below. You will be redirected to a new page to fill out an application. 

Once completed and signed you must verify your signature with an email confirmation.

If you would rather download a copy of our application to print and mail in you can below. Downloaded applications may also be submitted online.

If you download an application make sure to fill it out completely. PDF applications may be submitted through the "Contact Us" area below.
